Outlook 2007 Tasks not syncing to ToodleDo

I use Pocket Informant on an iPhone 4.

So that I can sync Outlook 2007 Tasks with the iPhone I downloaded a trial of Ceptara and ll worked fine. Outlook to Toodledo using Ceptara, Toodledo to Pocket Informant on the iPhone.

The trial of Ceptara expired so I purchased Ceptara as the trial was a success.

OOPS !!!  I cannot get Outlook tasks to Toodledo using Ceptara. A task set up in  Pocket Informant and a task set up/edited in Toodledo no problem whatsoever with these two syncing. The tasks never make it to Outlook using Ceptara.

I have gone into Outlook Tools, Options Ceptara tab and "forced a sync", the log shows the sync took place ...but.... no data actually "moved".

Is this happening because my trial expired and then I purchased Ceptara???

Help please as the syncing of Outlook Tasks with my iPhone is absolutely essential.
