Possible to re-download or re-install without new, second purchase?

Hi.  I sent you a note on Feb 7th via the product inquiry but haven't heard back... thought I'd try the forum since I've realized I'm still interested in re-installing:

I had personally purchased and installed Ceptara last year on the computer I used for work, but have left that firm and turned in my PC; now I have a new personal computer.  I miss using Ceptara, and would like to go back to it, but before I repurchase -- is the license for me or the computer?  Do I need to repurchase, or is it possible to re-download the software somehow with my user name or other validation of my purchase?
