I guess it only appears by default in Meetings/Invitations. I use it a lot for my todo/followups in Outlook because I have 13 sites I can be providing services for.

I was thinking that the since the "Schedule Time" function is in Organizer, then Organizer might have access to that Location field in Outlook, and then be able to sync it with the Location field in Toodledo.

Right now I can use the Location field for tasks in Toodledo, but there is no way to sync it with Outlook  - I was hoping that Organiser could be a bridge between the two.

I would love to be able to sync my Outlook tasks by location.

BTW, there is a neat ios app called 2Do that also uses the location field for tasks - but it does not yet sync Location with Toodledo  either.

I know I could just create another set of Categories for my locations in Outlook, but my category list is already bigger than I would like, and that would not sync with Toodledo's ocation field.
