Administrator rights

Jim -

Thanks for the note.

Please make sure you have adminstrator rights on the computer you're installing to - it would seem that this error comes up with a user is trying to access a file to install the add-in and they don't have rights to that file.

Thx
Chris

Admin rights

I am the admin on this maching and have run it also as "administrator"  and get the same error.    My question is what folders would need to have the appropriate rights set?    I am an IT admin  and the research i have done has also come up with the same conslusion.   Is there a way to completely remove it from the registry and all .dll files?

Clear the Cache

You can reset the installation by clearing the ClickOnce cache.  Here's an article explaining how to do that:

Hopefully that will remedy the error.

Thx
Chris
