trial version downloaded and then saying trial period over

using outlook 2013. saying trial period is over. just downloaded it today

Thanks for the question - the trial period could be expired if, at some point, in the past the Organizer was downloaded and installed.

Please send a request to support @ ceptara.com for further help. For example, if this is a new computer, then there may be a different issue.
