Organization for Sales Guy

Does anyone have any input or guidance on how to set up FocusMe for a sales guy managing a territory full of customers?  any best practices?

Set Up CRM Project

I am attempting to set up "Customer Relationship Management" as a Project and Products and Services as Focuses.  Each Account or Prospect effort is setup as a task.  This should be easier once the Sharepoint connection is available.
