  • Added 'Create Journal Item' button to Call Manager to enable starting a new journal entry while in a phone call.
  • Added a dial pad & conference code entry capability to the Call Manager.  Facilitates the ability to send additional numeric tones while in a phone call.

  • Added 'Launch Skype Application' button to enable add'l Skype actions not included in the Call Manager toolbar.
  • Fixed silent fail when Skype not installed or Outlook not 'allowed' to connect to Skype.  Warns the user to install Skype or use the Skype client to enable Outlook to communicate with the Skype application.
