objects not in the main category list

hi chris,
since the syncronisation without exchange doesn`t work, can you tell me a way to find objects within outlook that are not in the main category list, so I can manually assign them to a project or start a new project?
thx and greets
chris

Tasks View
Chris - thanks for the note.
I think what you're asking me is how do I find objects, such as tasks, that have a category that is not in the Master Category list (MCL).
There is no built in Outlook function that I can think of, however, one way to see all object and their categories is to use an Outlook view. For example, go to the Outlook tasks view, i.e. select the tasks folder in the navigation pane. Then customize the view, or select a built-in view to see all objects by category. Any category without a color may not be listed in the MCL.
Sounds like a tool might be useful -
thx
Chris
