Assign project from outlook home pane

I'm new in Organizer. I work with mere than 400 daily mail and my wish is to assign a mail to a project directly from outlook home view.I've seen that this possibiities is present only if I open the email in dedicated window .I search also in personalized multifunction bar but i cannot find the commands. can help me?

Thanks for the note.
I think you have a couple of choices:
1) In your Inbox (if you're using Exchange or equivalent), you can right-click on an e-mail and use the 'Categorize' menu item (supplied by the Outlook client). Organizer inserts the project names into the Master Category List, so your projects should be available from the Categorize menu. I noticed that my g-mail IMAP inbox does not provide that menu choice for a selected mail.
2) Organizer has a configurable Drawer. Via the Email Options button in the Organizer's Options dialog, you can configure to move mail to an associated Outlook folder, if you do that, when you right click on a mail item, select Drawer - File in Folder, Organizer will prompt for the Project and then move the email to the associated Project Outlook folder.
