Why don't I see my e-mail, contacts, journal items, etc. assigned to a project in the Project Explorer?

When you start the Project Explorer for the first time - the View - Artifacts is unchecked. To see all artifacts (contacts, e-mail, journal items, appointments, notes, and posts) in addition to tasks for a project, be sure to check the View - Artifacts.

project explorer missing tasks
Hello I cant see my tasks in project explorer. The tasks boxes are empty and if i create a new task for a project while in the project explorer it doesnt show up there. Tasks can only be found in the outlook task views. Any ideas. thanks
Default Task Folder
Unless otherwise instructed (via Tools - Options), the Organizer add-in will look for your tasks in your default task folder. This is usually the task folder associated with your root folder or account.
Make sure any tasks you're creating are located in that folder.
Additionally, any Outlook object with the follow-up flag set is not a task. It will show up in Outlook's To-Do view, but will not appear as a task in the Organizer add-in.
Hope that helps.
thx

Error Logs
The next step is to send a support request via Project Explorer, Help - Support - Send Request Form, that way I will be able to view your error logs and help more specificially diagnose your issue. thx Chris
