Two questions,
I have a laptop at home, and a desktop at work, if I have ceptara insalled on both, will MS exchange sync attributes between these.
secondly,
if I have set up "focuses" in Ceptara to match those already in Toodledo, will I retain my contexts on sync?
Looks like a great product, but needs more documentation.

Regarding your questions:
1) If I have laptop and desktop computers and am using MS Exchange, will my Organizer data sync between the two computers?
Answer: Yes, that is the way we designed it. The Projects and Focuses data is stored in a hidden email message in your default Inbox, so if you're using a service that 'syncs' your mail between your platforms, Organizer will find the datastore and keep everything sync'd across computers.
2) I'm using ToodleDo (TD), if I set up my Focuses to match the TD contexts, will I retain that relationship with Outlook?
Answer: Yes, once Organizer has established a connection between the Focus and the context everything stays in sync. You will need to create the Contexts the first time in TD from Outlook to create a strong connection since the add-in does one-way sync for Focuses / Contexts (i.e. Outlook to TD).
